Lydia Band is working as production coordinator of the Human Rights Film Festival Berlin and started working with the global humanitarian organization Action against Hunger in June 2021, which founded the festival in 2018.
Lydia holds a master's degree in Sustainable Tourism Management and was involved in delevoping and organizing various event and community formats, such as Berlin Travel Festival or the Social Entrepreneurship Competition in Tourism.
