Iryna Kopyl was born in Poltava. At the age of 17 she moved to Poland for studying in Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University on the faculty of Film and TV production. Now she has only short films on her credit as a director, scriptwriter and executive producer. Winner of script competitions, volunteer of many famous polish film festivals.
