Mikhail Volkov is a director and DoP from Kyiv-based Minimal Movie, Ukraine. Born in 1994 in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi (Odesa Region, South Ukraine) he started his filmmaking career at the age of 16 and never stopped. He doesn't talk much and loves doing only three things - to shoot, to edit and to play his PlayStation. Together with Roman Blazhan he founded Minimal Movie in 2015 and since then they have worked as a creative duo. Roman is trying to forget and does not mention in his CV tons of music videos and ads they have done together. But Mikhail remembers all of them and doesn't let Roman forget. Since 2015 Mikhail is based in Kyiv.
