Born July 12, 1952. 1968 - moved to Austria and Switzerland with parents. 1969 – 1972 returned to Czechoslovakia. 1972 – 1973 emigrated to West Berlin to join his mother, then returned to Czechoslovakia. 1976 – 1981 Prague Film School – documentary film. 1986 emigration to West Berlin. Since 1994 he has been living and working alternately in Prague and Berlin as a film and video director.
