Oksana Kazmina is a director of documentary films and artist. She Graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at LNU. I. Franko (2006) and faculty of directing in Kiev National I. K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University (2011). She taught directing at Wesleyan University, USA.
