Tina Šimurina was born on December 29th, 1965 in Zadar. She has been working as a reporter on Croatan Radiotelevision for almost 20 years. She has been the editor and presenter in most of HRT’s informative shows, in news programmes and in Dnevnik, the central news programme. She created and filmed segments for Euromagazin for seven years. Those were shorter segments, between five and seven minutes in duration, but she made documentary segments of up to half an hour long. She was the editor and presenter of the magazine show Paravan, for which she filmed longer documentary segments. The subjects ranged from political and intimate confessions to different social phenomena, travelogues and so on.
