Since 2016, Eliška has worked in technical production as a cinema projectionist and technician. Since 2019, she has been involved in the production of film festivals and cultural events across the Czech Republic. She got her bachelor’s degree in Film, Theatre, Television, and Radio Studies at Palacký University in Olomouc and became part of the production team at the Academia Film Olomouc (AFO) international documentary film festival. In addition to festival and cinema work, she has contributed to Czech film and television productions in various roles, including production assistant and assistant director. From 2025 she is the coordinator of the KineDok project at the Institute of Documentary Film, which is dedicated to community-driven distribution and audience developement.
