Born in 1977 in Prague, Jan is a screenwriter, director and animator. Jan studied film directing, computer graphics and animation at Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU). He was among the pioneers of graffiti art in Czechoslovakia in the early 90s. In addition to making music videos, Jan cooperates with Czech TV, Czech National Theatre and State Opera House Prague. Jan also taught Experimental Audiovisual Production under the Department of Intermedia Communications of Prague's Literary Academy of Josef Škvorecký. He was a leading member of the hip hop band WWW, supporting for example Sinead O'Connor, Erasure, etc. Jan is also a member of the Meet Factory community.
