Pavlína Muzikářová graduated with a Master's degree in English and Czech Philology at Palacký University in Olomouc. She worked at FRAME as the head of the animation department, and until 2007 at Biograf Jan Svěrák, where she was responsible for all the former and emerging films of director Jan Svěrák. After a maternity break, during which she did organizational and grant volunteer work at Slow Food Prague, among others, she has been working at FILM KOLEKTIV since 2018. She is in charge of development and distribution of feature films, documentaries and TV series, such as CZECHOSLOVAK ARCHITECTURE 58-89 (2024, d. Jan Zajíček), RESTORE POINT (2023. d. Robert Hloz), GRAND PRIX (2022, d. Jan Prušinovský), HOMIES (2022, d. Jan Foukal), TWO SHIPS (2021, d. Jan Foukal).
