Sasha Shegai graduated from School of Film and Television in Paris in 2014, specializing in Film Directing, been working as Art Director in numerous feature and documentary projects. Having acquired life and professional experience also as journalist and writer, she shares her vision of social themes as the third age, their unsettledness and their irrelevance to the contemporary society. I understand that the lack of experience in documentary might affect the decision, but I do believe that my background in journalism, fine aesthetics developed in art department and life experience (I am pretty old for debutant in the age of 36) made me a decent director of this project.
