Brygida Frosztęga-Kmiecik - a graduate of the Wajda School and of the University of Silesia.Associated with reportage and documentary film. On a daily basis she is a journalist at the Katowice branch of Telewizja Polska (Poland's national public broadcaster). She works with nationwide broadcasters (TVP 1, TVP 2, TV Polonia, TVP INFO, and TVP HISTORIA). She deals mainly with social issues. She has received numerous journalism and film awards. She says that she is Silesian by birth and by choice.
