In 1968 graduated from the Lviv University. In 1976 graduated from Kyiv Theatrical Institute. From 1982 works at the studio "Ukrtelefilm."Winner of international film festivals in Chicago and Houston (USA) and Yugoslavia.November 21, 2008 granted the title "Honored Artist of Ukraine" - for a significant contribution to commemorate the victims of genocide against the Ukrainian people in connection with the 75th anniversary of Holodomor 1932-1933 in Ukraine, selfless efforts in highlighting the truth Holodomor.
