Zdeněk Blaha is a freelance consultant specializing in project and script consultation for documentary films, as well as UX design for XR projects. His current work focuses on supporting the development of documentary storytelling and immersive experiences across platforms.
Until April 2025, Zdeněk served as the Programme Director at the Institute of Documentary Film (IDF), where he led the East Doc Platform—one of the key networking events for emerging documentary projects from Central and Eastern Europe. With over 15 years of experience in the documentary field, he continues to collaborate with leading creators and festivals, including the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, where he acts as a senior consultant for documentary film.
