Director, scriptwriter and producer. He studied law at the University of Oviedo and filmmaking at the Madrid Film School (ECAM). His multi-awarded shorts were recognized in prestigious film festivals as Semaine de la Critique of Festival de Cannes, Tribeca Film Festival and the Sitges Film Festival, receiving more than 100 prizes all around the world. Including a nomination in Premios Goya 2015 from The Spanish Cinematographic Academy.
His film debut is MAUS produced by Apaches Entert., Dynamite Films and Cine365Film with the support of The Cannes Critic’s Week program Next Step. It was selected to compete in the official competition of the 50ª SITGES Film Festival (Oct. 2017) and the Austin Fantastic Fest – USA (Sept. 2017), where it was awarded with a prize at Next Wave Features.
