Björn Lengers is co-founder of CyberRäuber - a digital performing arts collective.
Since 2016 they move theater into digital worlds or bring the digital worlds onto the stage. Driven by curiosity and a belief in a great future for theater, they are experts in the digital exploration of theater traditions and have since created a variety of works spanning the genre of theater, dance, opera, music theater and children and youth theater. Their work has also been welcomed into educational institutions and exhibition spaces.
Current works include Things Fall Apart (a musical installation in mixed reality), Palast der Erinnerung / Palace of Memory (Stiftung Humboldtforum Berlin), Deus in Machina - Ein Ritual (Staatstheater Nürnberg) and 2048 (Staatstheater Oldenburg).
