Arthur Sahakyan was born in 1994 (Gegharkunik province, Armenia). From 2001 to 2012 graduated from secondary school. In 2014, he entered the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema, Film Directing Department (R. Grigoryan's studio). In 2012-2014, he served in the army. During his studies at the Institute, he gained professional experience in filmmaking, working for several films as assistant director ("Simon's Way" in 2016, Edgar Baghdasaryan,"Cast Beyond the Moon" by 2016 Aram Shahbazyan, "Spitak" in dir..Alexander Kott 2017 ).The documentary Film " With the wind” is his diploma work. At present Arthur Sahakyan is working on his second documentary full-length project.
