Maciej is a Polish director and scriptwriter. He is a graduate of NFS in Lodz (script writing) and SU in Katowice (directing). Since his graduation he directed many works, both for independent producers and television broadcasters, which include documentary films, reportage and dramas for TVP1, TVP2 and BBC1 (A Sikh’s Journey Home). He also directed a theatre play in his own adaptation. He is an EAVE 2007 graduate. His recent creative documentaries include Waiting for the Rain (TVP2/PFI, 2009) and Mind the Gap (2010, distributed by DR International Sales). Presently he is directing his medium-length fiction Jeremy (TVP and Polish Film Institute).
