He graduated from Cinematography Department on Krzysztof Kieślowski Radio and Television Faculty University of Silesia in Katowice 1970. Member of Polish filmmakers Association. He worked as a cinematographer on more than 60 documentary and 10 feature movies and as a director he made tv programmes as well as documentary films. He cooperates with independent producers from Poland, Great Britain and Germany.
