Paulius Grinčikas is a Lithuanian producer based in Vilnius. He produces the feature documentary “One City – One Team (Vienas miestas – viena komanda)”, currently in production with support from the Lithuanian Film Centre (LKC) and national broadcaster LRT. Through MB Hugenotas, he develops and delivers documentary, commercial and branded video projects, leading production from development and financing to on-set execution and stakeholder coordination. His work focuses on character-driven stories, community narratives and social impact.
