Graduate of cinematography and photography (Krzysztof Kieslowski Radio and Television Faculty University of Silesia in Katowice) and Documentary Course at Andrzej Wajda Master Film School (Warsaw). He cooperated with TVP, TVN, TVP Kultura, TVN Discovery, where he was a cinematographer of a large number of historical coverages and documentaries broadcast in Poland (including „Beats of Freedom” and „Three Colleagues”); awarded a film grant by French Ministry of Culture (Ambronay Cultural Centre); award at Young Cinema Art International Festival (2006). Apart from being published in Polish magazines such as „Polityka”, „Tygodnik Powszechny” and „Gazeta Wyborcza” his photographs were bought to a permanent collection by Kiyosato Photographic Museum in Japan.
