Graduated with a major in Media Arts at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in the USA. In Minneapolis he was the co-founder and director of the SmikSmak Theater and he made many experimental films. Ever since 1990 he has been living in Prague and cooperating with Czech Television and with independent producers. He is the author of many documentary films from the world of alternative music, theatre and the fine arts.
