Paula Ďurinová is a documentary filmmaker, visual artist and writer living and working between Berlin and Slovakia. She graduated from Documentary Filmmaking at the class of Olga Sommerová at the Academy of Arts in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia, was the participant of IDFAcademy (2017) and Summer School of Ethnographic Filmmaking in the Czech Republic (2013). Durinova produced and directed short documentary films in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Czechia and Slovakia and collaborated with many arts and human-rights institutions and collectives. In 2010, she co-founded a platform for documentary film Living documentary. She is currently studying Experimental Film in the class of Nina Fischer at the UDK - Berlin University of the Arts.
