Iuliia is responsible for the East Silver Caravan program at the Institute of
Documentary Film, managing the festival distribution of CEE
documentaries. She is completing a Master’s in Production at FAMU. With
experience at Radio Free Europe and in film production, she has strong
expertise in documentary filmmaking and is a graduate of workshops such
as Be2Be Exchange at MIA and the East-West Talent Lab.
