Dimitris Argyriou holds a Master of Arts in Audio Visual Arts from the Ionian University and studied at Berlin University of the Arts (UDK-Berlin). He has participated in Berlinale Talents, Sarajevo Talents, and the Talent Development Campus at the Cork Film Festival. Argyriou has directed & produced 10 short films, winning over 100 awards and screening at more than 1,000 international film festivals. His feature documentary debut, Lights Out, Berlin!, saw limited release in Germany, followed by his second feature, Memories of Occupation & Dialogue for the Future. He is also the founder and manager of NewBorn Short Film Agency, specializing in Film Festival Strategy, Festival Distribution, and Film Sales.
