Zane Balčus is a Project Manager of the Baltic Sea Forum for Documentaries in Riga, Latvia. She has an extensive experience in management and curatorial fields in different organizations in the field of cinema: managing director of Riga Film Museum (2014-19), programmer of Riga International Film Forum Arsenals, project manager of National Film Festival etc. She is also a freelance film critic and a researcher, co-author of several books on Latvian cinema.
