Kristína Žilinčárová works as a screenwriter, director, and film magazine editor. She worked on several short films as a screenwriter (Rheum, Shedding the Mist), and as a director (Dinner for 2 - Breakfast for 1, Symbol), with her films being shown at various European festivals (San Sebastian FF, FEST - New Directors, Tampere FF…). In 2024, she was a member of the jury at the festival BRNO16 in the section Czecho-Slovak Joy. Along with her fellow editors, she established, and runs, a Slovak film magazine called Pontón (www.ponton-mag.sk). Besides working on her directorial debut, she's currently also co-writing a feature film.
