Eva Kübar (1981) is an Estonian filmmaker, culture critic and film teacher. She has studied film directing in the Baltic Film and Media School (BFM). Her graduation work, the short film "Three" ("Kolm") has earned several international prizes and visited numerous festivals (Beijing Film Academy student film festival, China), 2ANNAS (Latvia), Le Cinema et la Mer (Morocco) etc). Her first short documentary “Feathers or Glamour” (2023) about chicken living in the urban environment was a big success in Estonia. Kübar's second short documentary “Hilda Ha. Off the Grid” about single mum living without water and electricity is selected to several festivals in Europe. Her first feature length documentary “My Partners” about polyamory premiered in 2024.
