Weronika Pliszka - born in 1987 in Lodz, Poland. She graduated from Film and TV Direction Department of the Lodz Film School, specialization: film editing. Documentaries, reportages and etudes edited by her were awarded at many international festivals. She made her directorial debut presenting a documentary film about Przemyslaw Wieczorek “Stand up and fight”. Moreover she combines her movie world with another passion and social activity – she implements the occupational therapy for the Elderly suffering from dementia at Elder Protection Center which she established in Lodz 3 years ago.
