Co-founder of HER Docs, a film initiative founded in Poland in 2019 that supports and promotes women's non-fiction cinema, organizing, among others, the HER Docs Film Festival and the HER Docs Forum. With over 15 years of experience in the film industry, she has worked as a consultant and outreach producer for documentary filmmakers and co-organized Millennium Docs Against Gravity festival. She also ran the cinema distribution company Rise And Shine Cinema in Germany and collaborated as a film curator with institutions such as the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw and Zachęta National Gallery of Art.
