Graduated in film and TV directing from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. He has been working as a freelancer since 1993, and he has worked as a scriptwriter and director on numerous feature and documentary films. He has directed two feature films: “Go, Yellow” and “Tressette: A Story of an Island”, TV film “The New Year’s Robbery” and numerous documentaries. He is one of the directors of sitcoms “Bumps and Princesses”, “Take a Rest, You’ve Deserved It” and “Stipe Visiting”. He has received numerous awards for his film and TV work, including four Oktavijan awards. On the international scene, he has received seven international awards for his most successful film “Tressette: A Story of an Island” (co-directed with Pavo Marinkovic), which has been shown at numerous festivals.
In 2013 he directed the cinema hit, sequel to "Koko and the Ghosts" - a film for children "The Mysterious Boy".
