Jérôme Amimer is a French producer and director of Russian, French and Algerian origin, He has produced some 40 documentaries since 2001. He has collaborated with the Lithuanian filmmaker Sharunas Bartas. His films have been selected in many international festivals. Since 2018, he has reoriented the editorial line of his production company Leitmotiv Production towards the production of feature films in international co-productions with Spain, Germany Lithuania, and Armenia. Now he is working on The Return, a feature film by the Armenian director Hakob Melkonyan after the documentary Blockade, developed within Eurasiadoc in 2019.
