Viktor Skubey. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, Board member of the of Russian Documentary Guild, General Producer "NordWestFilm."Born in 1961 in Leningrad. In documentaries since 1989. Started as a director of photography on the popular studio LOMO in Leningrad. Later he worked at the St. Petersburg Documentary Film Studio as a producer of experimental projects. In 2002 he founded own studio of documentary films - "NordWestFilm", in St. Petersburg. At various times, he produced the films "The gazes. Phenomenology", "Russian Sultan", "Nothing to afraid of" (It`s not scary), "Alone", "Hawks of airport NN " and other. He is now actively engaged in producing creative documentary in Russia.Together with the Internet portal for documentary professionals MIRADOX was the organizer of several international programs to integrate Russian filmmakers with international documentary film industry, which are held under the auspices of Programm DOXPRO.
