For 15 years, I worked as a fashion and advertising photographer for Elle, Marie Claire, Harpers Bazaar, Esquire and brands such as Coca-Cola, Marriott Hotels, Mercedes-Benz. At the age of 40, I decided to work only on the subjects I like most – the photo essays about real people, who have impressive stories and an important message to spread. In December 2013, I moved into a camper together with journalist Elena Stancu and started traveling around Romania in order to work on long-form journalism projects.
