Merili Laur is an emerging film producer based in Tallinn, Estonia. She graduated with a BA in film production in 2022 from the Baltic Film and Media School of Tallinn University. Her student films have been selected for the Black Nights Film Festival and other foreign festivals. She has worked on different local and foreign features, as a line producer and production manager. Merili works at the film production company Tin Can, where she is currently producing her first feature documentary and developing two short films. She is an alumnus of the Producers LINK 2025 and Baltic Women in Film program 2024-2025. Merili is inspired by people with their unique stories and how they relate to the surrounding world and environment.
