Matteo Parisini was born in Bologna (Italy) in 1980. With his short film “A Ming”, made at the end of his studies, he took part in Cinéma du Réel and in Turin Film Festival. As editor of documentaries, he worked for key Italian companies, editing forty+ documentaries for the national and international market. In 2013 he directed “Lisola” (52’, RSI, TV2000), screened at Festival dei Popoli and Argentina’s Mar del Plata Festival. “La mia virgola” (52’, 2020), produced for Rai Tre, is a biopic of Enzo Biagi, an important Italian journalist. Also fo Rai Tre “Il nostro paese” (52 min., 2020), dealing with of the right of citizenship in Italy. His last work "Infinito" (2022 for Sky Arte and Rai5) is a biopic of the Italian photographer Luigi Ghirri premiered at Festival del Cinema di Roma.
