Institute & Gerrit Rietveld Academie
Amsterdam, MA in Film from the
Academy of Media Arts Cologne, and
Meisterschüler degree from Film
University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf,
Berlin-Potsdam. She is the alumna of
Sarajevo and Berlinale Talents Short Film
Station. Her short & mid-length fi lms
were screened at numerous festivals
(Locarno, Berlinale) and won several
awards. Katarina is developing her fi rst
feature Against the Day which has been
supported by Hubert Bals Fund, Cannes
Cinéfondation Residence and Torino Film
Lab.Currently in production is her fi rst
documentary feature The Tempest of
Neptun funded by Serbian Film Center
and documentary in development
