Charlotte came to Kosovo to work on different cultural projects development. After receiving a Bachelor in Economics, and a Bachelor in Cultural Policy and History of Art from European Studies Institute of Paris 8 University in 2009 she completed a Masters in Politics and European Cultural Exchange. She has worked for the Youth Theatre Festival in the Odéon National Theater in Paris. She is the director of the French NGO Cochenko working on participative visual art projects in public spaces in the Saint-Denis, suburb of Paris. Charlotte implemented a European Film Festival in Gjilan/Gnijlane during the summers 2009, and 2011 and has worked since then in Kosovo as Production Assistant for a documentary film about internally displaced people in the Plemetina IDP camp.
