Yorgos Krassakopoulos is the Head of Programming for the Thessaloniki Film Festival and the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival, a role he has held since 2016. He has helped shape the Documentary Festival’s identity and expand its international presence. He joined the festival full-time in 2011 after years of collaboration. Previously, he worked as a film critic and was a founding member of the Athens International Film Festival and the seminal Greek film website Flix.gr.
