Leila is a Lebanese, Prague-based, filmmaker and photographer with an MA in Film Directing from FAMU. Her short documentary The Adam Basma Project was short-listed for the Student Oscars after touring various international documentary film festivals. Her graduation film, Sea Salt, was selected to premiere at Venice IFF in 2023. Leila is currently developing her first feature film, Running with Beasts, and her first feature documentary, Dance with Me.
