Teresa Morales de Álava has been working since 2018 as executive director of Punto de Vista, International Documentary Film Festival of Navarra, facing on 2026 its 20th edition, within the NICDO Film Department, where she also coordinates other projects related to the audiovisual field in Navarra.
She also combines this work with weareMAGMA, the studio that she created in 2018; and with her teaching work in film schools, universities and national and international training programmes.
