Martijn te Pas was a Senior Programmer at IDFA, was Programmer at Nordisk Panorama and Programmer for MIRAGE. In 2020 he founded e u R O P E doconsultancy, which is aimed at directors and producers, offering tailored SWOT analyses of films in both development and editing stages. He also provides advice on curation, festival strategies and distribution. He is advisor for Eurimages, gives pitch training and works as a program advisor for Sheffield DocFest. He is also EAVE and Sources 2 alumnus.
