Mohammad Farokhmanesh works as a pro-ducer, director and author and has directed two feature films. His partly animated docu-mentary LITTLE GERMANS which he realised with Frank Geiger, has been pre-nominated for the German Film Prize 2019. As a producer, he has worked on more than 20 feature and documentary films which have been screened at national and international film festivals and have been distinguished with awards.
He is co-founder and director of brave new work and Red Parrot Studios with offices in Hamburg and Cologne. Farokhmanesh has produced i.a. TEHERAN TABOO which premi-ered in 2017 at Cannes Film Festival. TO-MORROW WE ARE FREE is another film pro-duced by him coming to German cinemas in 2019. While still a student at HfBK, he already produced his own shorts.
