László Józsa is a Hungarian producer with a background in Communications, Political Science, and Anglo-Saxon Culture. He began his career at Café Film, where he spent a decade producing commercials, short films, and documentaries. He later developed Leave/Stay, a documentary series exploring European mobility, and has since worked on social projects with NGOs, commercial partners, and fiction productions.

His first feature-length documentary as producer, ULTRA (HBO Europe), was nominated for Best Documentary at the European Film Awards in 2017. His second, Ghetto Balboa, won the Hungarian Film Award in 2019. In 2021, he produced over sixty innovative installations — including films, animations, holograms, and a 360° experience — for the Hungarian House of Music. Since 2024, he has produced two documentary series, exploring new directions in the documentary industry.

László is the founding president of MADOKE – the Hungarian Documentary Association – and a member of both the European Film Academy and the Hungarian Film Academy.
