With over a decade of experience in both documentary and fiction filmmaking, Adiet‘s films have been screened and awarded at international film festivals. He is an alumnus of IDFA Academy and the Berlinale Co-Production Market. Adilet currently serves as Head of the Department of Film, TV, and Media Arts at the American University of Central Asia and is the founder of the Bishkek Documentary Laboratory, which supports emerging documentary filmmakers.
