Vladimir Levin graduated VGIC (Russian Film Institute) at 1970. He worked and works, as independent filmmaker and has shot documentaries and fiction movies at Moscow, Tashkent, Odessa, the USA, Canada. In 1986 has been invited to VGIC for teaching in masterful directions of documentary cinema of Victor Lisakovich. In 2002 he has left alma-mater to concentrate on creation of films. In 1992 together with his daughter Levin has organized company "PALMA FILM" in which the director is.
