Alicja Gancarz has over 20 years' experience in the media industry (mainly Internet and TV), having graduated in Film Studies from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and in Production from the Warsaw Film School. For 14 years she was involved in selecting, negotiating and then programming film and series content for thematic and premium channels for CANAL+ in Poland. In recent years she has become a producer. At CANAL+ she was responsible for the production of i.e. the documentary series "Nuns". Now she is producing for the Autograf production company, among others documentary feature "My Sunnyside" by Matylda Kawka.
