Robert Balinski studied Arts du Spectacle at Pantheone-Sorbonne in Paris. Since 2008 he is working at the Polish Film Institute. As project manager in the International Relations Department he deals with projects in development stage aiming for international co-production and is responsible for the German-Polish Co-development Fund on the Polish side. He is substitute to the Polish representative at Eurimages.
