Cultural manager and professional film event organiser, with a particular focus on documentary film distribution. She is passionate about digital technology and highly interested in implementing innovative approaches to audience development. Judita holds a Bachelor's degree in Film and Moving Image Production from Leeds Metropolitan University (UK). Prior to joining the festival, she worked as a film programmer at the arthouse cinema Romuva (Kaunas, LT) and as a projectionist at Cinematheque (Vancouver, CA). She has also participated in various training programs on film programming, audience development, and management, such as Developing Your Film Festival and Cultural Cinema Exhibition by the ICO, Europa Cinemas Audience Development & Innovation Lab, and others.
