Tereza graduated from Multimedia and Communication at UHK, then continued on studying Film and Theatre Studies at Palacký University, Olomouc. Since the beginning of her studies Tereza has been gaining experience at international and local level. She did a student exchange programme “Animation as a Learning Tool” at VIA University in Denmark and working internship in the companies Films at 59 and Tigress production (mainly focused on natural history, wildlife and adventures series), both based in Bristol. For many years, she was a member of the NGO called “Téma dne”, which organised many cultural events, including local screenings of One World IHRDFF. She also participated in organising Jihlava IDFF, PAF – Festival of Animated Films, and Academia Film Olomouc – AFO. Later, she started cooperating with dok.incubator. Tereza joined the Institute of Documentary Film in February 2017.
