2008-2014 - CEO of Illienko Films LLC (produced 2 feature films – director’s cut of “A Prayer for Hetman Mazepa” by Yuri Illienko and “Toloka” by Myhailo Illienko).
2014 - 2019 - Head of Ukrainian State Film Agency. During period of his management the Agency provided financial support to 173 completed productions, including 67 features; launched production of 194 films; supported distribution of 59 feature films.

2020 – co-producer of feature film “Slovo“ House. Unfinished Novel”, directed by Taras Tomenko.
Pylyp Illienko is a voting member of Ukrainian Film Academy and European Film Academy. In 2020-2022 he was the Head of Board of Ukrainian Film Academy.
